Whose to Blame for the Global Warming

Published by rational at 10:45 am under Uncategorized Edit This

From the G&M on Aug 31

“Coal mine fres in China and India could be huge culprits in global warming,” Parade magazine reports. “In China alone, up to 200 million tons of coal go up in flames each year - which may be equivalent to America’s total carbon dioxide emissions from gasoline. India’s mine fires water up to 10 million tons of coal annually”

So when all these tree huggers in Canada, especailly Liberals Dion etc want to talk about the environment, and putting tax increases etc here maybe they should be focussing on China. A better alternative might be to tax higher goods from China and India that contribute more signicantly to Global Warming!

The cheap speak of politicians makes me sick, when they use the emotional environmental topic. Also Greenpeace, and every other tree higger out there - why are you not in China and India trying to make their governments change.

When you hear your politicians or MPs come around vote time talking about the environment - tell them to go to China and India (on their own dollars) and try to get tehm to change.

If all of Canada stopped driving and went on bicycles, it woudl probably not even make a dent in the global environment.

Focus on what is important an d the major causes - not the BS to get votes.

Al Gore announced he is finishing up a new book about global warming and the environment. Yeah, the first chapter talks about how you shouldn’t chop down trees to make a book that no one will read.” –Conan O’Brien

“Barbra Streisand told Diane Sawyer that we’re in a global warming crisis, and we can expect more and more intense storms, droughts and dust bowls. But before they act, weather experts say they’re still waiting to hear from Celine Dion.” –Jay Leno
